Although, Kion expressed sadness and fear, when he was scolded by his father in Return of the Roarhe will still do everything that's possible for him to save his father and, like Beshte, he is also afraid of disappointing him.

Kion will always trust his father's judgment and wants to make him proud. Kion shows great concern whenever Nala is in great peril. He also expresses great fear for almost accidentally hurting Nala with the Roar, showing how much he cares for her. Unlike how his great uncle Scar was towards Mufasa, Kion does not have any resentment or jealousy towards his sister, Kiara being heir to the throne. He instead feels content that she is the future queen. Can't Wait to be Queen is the perfect example, because the two cubs are not getting along at the start of the episode, but Kion rescues Kiara from Janja's clan at the end.

The cubs can also occasionally be a little snarky with what temperature kills hep b another, as seen at the start of Return of the Roar. Their sibling rivalry seems to have diminished. Their sibling rivalry could have come from their abilities in leadership, Kion of the Lion Guard and Kiara's eventual reign as queen.

In "Battle for the Pridelands", after the final battle with Scar, Kiara expressed concerns about the scar on Kion's face. That night, Kion talks with Kiara about Rani, explaining how he greatly misses her and the Night Pride. Kiara tells Kion that their parents would understand if he decides to go back to the Tree of Life. At the Tree of Life, Kiara is happy to be attending her brother's coronation and wedding. If the cub is ever uncertain of what to do, Mufasa always reassures him that everything will be fine, although he never exactly tells him what to do.

Kion is always on good terms with Mufasa. However, in Long Live the QueenRani encourages Kion to talk to Mufasa and reassures him that he doesn't need to be afraid. Kion talks to Mufasa 大きな取引 6角 セット スクリュードライバー snap not doing so for ages and realizes that Mufasa is not angry with him at all, that he had only been worried that Kion had forgotten about him. After Kion explains himself, Mufasa assures Kion he could have talked with him so that Mufasa could have given his grandson the guidance he needed, and that he would always be there for Kion no matter what.

In The Lake of ReflectionMufasa understands that Kion is a capable enough leader to give up the Roar and informs him of where he should go. In Return to the Pride Landsat the wedding of Kion and Rani, Mufasa proudly looks down at his grandson and granddaughter-in-law. As a result, he accidentally makes the Outlands Volcano erupt and summons Scar as well as Makini's staff.

Kion notices Scar for the first time in " Divide and Conquer ".As a infant, Kion had reddish-brown eyes, pale yellow fur with brown spots on his legs and a small tuft of red hair on his head.

As a young cub, Kion remains the same except that he now has bright yellow fur which is resulted by Simba's dark gold fur mixed with Nala's tawny fur and his hair tuft has grown more. After becoming leader of The Lion Guard, Kion gains a Mark of the Guard on his left shoulder, which resembles a lion's head.

Not much is known about Kion's early life apart from the fact that he was born as the second child of Simba and Nala. It is unknown if he was born shortly after his sister Kiara or if he was born a few months later. He was also unaware of his sister's encounter with Kovu and Ziraperhaps meaning that he wasn't born at the time, was really young or was doing his own thing.

Kion first appears at the start of the film playing Baobab Ball with his best friend, a honey badger named Bunga and ends up disrupting Simba from teaching Kiara about being Queen. After a short clash with Kiara, Kion is sent by Simba to play with Bunga elsewhere. Kion is reluctant to go into The Oulands having been told that it's dangerousbut Bunga goes in and ends up being captured by two hyenas named Cheezi and Chungu who were sent by their leader Janja to get Bunga and have him for lunch.

Luckily, Kion is able to save his friend by letting out a loud roar, which causes Chungu to drop Bunga, who climbs up to safety. After returning to Pride Rock with Bunga, Kion sees Simba talking with Rafiki and asks what they are talking about to which Simba says that he and Kion need to talk and Rafiki tells him that the roar he did was The Roar of the Elders which when used causes the lions of The Pride Lands past to roar too.

Simba and Rafiki take Kion and Bunga to secret part of Pride Rock and tell Kion that he is to be the leader of the new Lion Guard and also say that Kion's great-uncle Scar was once leader of The Lion Guard and had The Roar of the Elders, but the power got to his head and he planned to overthrown his brother and Simba's father Mufasa as King.

Due to using the roar for evil, Scar lost his powers. Simba then sends Kion to find members to be the bravest, fastest, strongest and keenest of sight due to Kion being the fiercest. Kion chooses Bunga to be the bravest, a cheetah named Fuli to be the fastest, a hippopotamus named Beshte to be the strongest and an egret named Ono to be the keenest of sight. Bunga convinces Kion to demonstrate The Roar of the Elders to Fuli, Beshte and Ono, but when he tries to do so, only a squeak comes out.

Simba soon arrives and isn't pleased with whom Kion has put in The Lion Guard. Simba tells Kion that The Lion Guard has always been made up of lions and scolds Kion for treating his role of leader of The Lion Guard as a game and tells him to treat his new responsibilities seriously like Kiara is with her's.

Having some alone time, Kion feels despondent from what Simba said. Just then, the spirit of Mufasa appears and tells Kion that he is about to embark on a great journey as leader of The Lion Guard. But Kion says that he doesn't think he will let him be leader, worried he can't handle it to which Mufasa replies that Simba is worried because he loves Kion and that being leader of The Lion Guard is always easy.

Mufasa tells Kion to trust his instincts and that the roar will be there when he needs it and so will he, before disappearing. Bunga arrives and tells Kion that Janja and his clan are attacking a gazelle herd, so they head out and see that Kiara is trapped in a stampede in the herd. Along with the rest of The Lion Guard, Kion is able to save his sister and get her safely to their parents before using The Roar of the Elders to send Janja and his clan back to The Outlands.

Simba realizes that Kion was wise to have chosen whom he chose and congratulates his son and accepts the new Lion Guard. In this series, which takes place after the film, Kion continues to lead The Lion Guard and battles against Janja and his clan, along with another antagonistic animals, such as Makuu the crocodile and his float, Reirei the jackal and her pack and Zira and her pride The Outsiders whom Kiara met in The Lion King II: Simba's Pride.

In the second season, Kion and The Lion Guard battle the spirit of Scar and his army which is made up of Janja's clan, Reirei's pack, Kiburi's float and a cobra named Ushari. Grandfathers - Mufasa and Nala's Father. Grandmothers - Sarabi and Sarafina. Jump to: navigationsearch.

In Battle for the Pride LandsUshari dies after falling in the lavamarking his final appearance in the show. Despite his demise, he manages to play a role throughout the rest of Season 3. Because of his biting of Kion, he is responsible for the Guard's long journey to the Tree of Life.

He has two circular markings the same color as his underside on his hood, which is a paler shade of red than his body, with two more purple markings inside them. He has purple zig zags throughout his tail. Ushari appears to be rather timid at first impression.

However, when confronted, he can be quite fierce, cruel, savage, aggressive, unsympathetic, and bloodthirsty. He prefers to be left alone, and dislikes being disturbed. He shows a dislike for Bunga in particular, though did not appear to harbor any ill feelings towards the rest of the Lion Guard for a very long time, though remained cautious of their presence. He was never considered a threat, even taking part in Kupatanawhere he smiled kindly towards Timon and Pumbaa.

After being trampled on by the Lion Guard one too many times, Ushari is pushed over the edge and swears vengeance upon them. He teams up with Janja and his hyenas and joins them in their quest to take down the Lion Guard planning to have himself and his fellow reptiles rule the Pride Lands. To accomplish this, Ushari suggests finding a way to communicate with Scar after learning Kion can talk to Mufasa which they ultimately succeed in doing.

He has proven that he is incredibly intelligent and comes up with lethally efficient schemes, on par with Scar, who appears to find him a valuable minion for his intelligence and control over the skinks. He also appears to be power-hungry, as his reason to work with Scar is so that reptiles like him would rule the Pride Lands and that he would be feared and respected. He is also manipulative which is proven when he tricked Kiburi into thinking he could rule the Pride Lands before his mashindano, convinces Makini to ask Rafiki how to summon Scar, and persuades Janja's Clan of hyenas to help him summon the evil lion.

Once Scar is summoned, Ushari sheds his fear of Janja and becomes more authoritative towards him. Until the end of his life Ushari showed a strong will to be in power, which he showed even in the episode in which he died. Unlike most Outlanders, he didn't regret that he had served Scar until the end, and even threw himself at Kion when he defeated him.

Ushari's unwavering loyalty to Scar ultimately proved to be his downfall. The baobab gets stuck in his mouth, and Bunga carelessly removes it before running off. Ushari is seen sleeping in the forest. In Ukuni WoodsUshari sneaks up behind Pim the hyrax and attempts to eat him shortly after he was saved by the Lion Guardonly to have Bunga force the hyrax out of his mouth before he can swallow his meal. When he protests, Bunga twists him into a little ball and hurls him against a nearby tree.Kion is the son of Simba and Nala and the younger brother of Kiara.

He is the second-born cub of the royal family, the Prince of the Pride Lands, the former leader of the Lion Guardthe King of the Tree of Lifeand the mate of Rani.

Kion is also the grandson of MufasaSarabi and Nala's Fatherthe grandnephew of Scarand the distant relative of Askari. As a little cub, Kion's appearance almost looked the same to what he is now, except that his nose was pink and he had three small spots on his hind quarters and a tan-yellow coat with white whiskers.

Kion looks very similar to his grandfather in many aspects. He has a light golden pelt and paler golden paws, underbelly and muzzle, with scruffier fur on his upper cheeks and the base of his chest. He has a red hair tuft with a few bright red stripes and a bushy tailtip, that is the same color as his hair tuft.

His eyes are orange-brown, with dark, thick eyebrows located above them. He possesses a dark brown nose and whiskers. He has brown rims along the side of his light red-brown inner ears and black rims along the top. However, in Friends to the Endas Kion is now a teenager, his claws are shown to be bigger, sharper, and with a black color. As a teenager, Kion has grown taller. His mane has grown slightly larger and most of the spots on his legs have faded.

He also has a scar on his left eye, like that of his granduncle Scarand brother-in-law, Kovu. After acknowledging Vitani and her group as the new Lion Guard, his mark gets replaced with the Mark of the Night Pridewhich is on his right shoulder and is the same color as his former Mark of the Guard. Before becoming leader of the Lion Guard, Kion was a playful, carefree, and somewhat immature lion cub, noted by Simba when he remarked, that he hoped Kion would grow up someday.

However, he was not as reckless as his friend Bunga and still respected rules. In the episode, "The Morning Report", when Kion was a little lion cub, he was quite rebellious like his sister, Kiara, but he quickly didn't do bad things. Currently, Kion is a fierce lion, who has a great sense of responsibility. He takes his position as leader of the Lion Guard very seriously and strives to make sure, that he never goes down the path that his granduncle Scar did.

He is very hesitant on using the Roar of the Elders for anything other than protecting the Pride Lands and defending the Circle of Life. Kion doesn't seem to care much for tradition, as shown by his desire to assemble a Lion Guard made up of much more than just lions. This also shows that he is open to change, as long as it is for the better. Kion is very observant and skilled at piecing together information.

He has faith in his friends and is sensitive to their feelings, disliking seeing them hurt. Kion also cares deeply for his mother Nala, his father Simba and his sister Kiara. He cares for all of the Pride Landers and respects the Circle of Life. However, when driving unwanted animals out of the Pride Lands, he becomes very forceful and fierce, unafraid to be harsh.

Kion is a true leader, authoritative and willing to give orders to anyone, whether they are his friends, his family, or his enemies. Unlike his best friend BungaKion is very rational and realistic.I believe the 2nd seems more logical, as there's evidence in the more that may support it. Simba is overprotective of Kiara, this could be because of the death of her little brother. Also, we have two suspects that may be the murder.

Zira and Janja. Once upon a time TLK fans theorized Zira killed the now non-cannon Kopa, which led to her banishment. So all we're doing is replacing a nonexistent cub with one that dose exist.

Король Лев

Also, Janja has possible evidence of being Kion's killer. Thanks to Nuka and his "This place is even creepier since the hyenas ran off,". Again, once upon a time we thought that was just Shenzi and her clan fleeing from Zira. Yet now it could be Janja fleeing from Simba. The dark clouds above rained down upon the lands, along with the exploding sounds of thunder.

As if the great kings of the past were all weeping and roaring in anger at the horrid event that had just taken place. Zira looked over her handiwork, a grin on face. The former queen of the Pridelands proud of what she, Nuka, and her Outlander followers had done.

Laying on the ground before her was Kion, the second born of Simba and Nala. His guts clawed out, along with his head decapitated from a fierce bite from her. This cub reminded Zira so much of his father, the one she swore revenge on for the death of her beloved.

Nuka had never seen her mother in such a way before. Filled with some twisted combination of anger and joy at the same time. It nearly made him barf. Do you see Scar!? My beloved I shall avenge you yet!

She was to happy to get upset by her sons silly questions. Along with that almighty Roar of the Elders. We shall have favorable odds for Kovu once he's grown. Good job of being the bait by the way, you faking an injury led these ignorant children here like moths to a flame,". Just like I did over Scar. An eye for an eye Story Story Writer Forum Community. Movies Lion King. One of a few possible theories as to why Kion isn't in LK2. Kinda sucks this Lion Guard series will end on a sour note I mean we now need to explain why Kion and his friends aren't in LK 2 The way I see it, we have two explanations.Kion is a featured articlewhich means it has been identified as one of the best articles produced by the Disney Wiki community.

If you see a way this page can be updated or improved without compromising previous work, please feel free to contribute. Kion is the son and youngest child of Simba and Nalathe younger brother of Kiaraand the protagonist of The Lion Guard. He was the fiercest member of the team before retiring and passing the role onto Vitani.

He is now married to Rani and has become King of the Tree of Life. As a cub, Kion, unlike his parents, Simba and Nala when they were cubs and his older sister, Kiarahe is a stickler for the rules, even in the face of temptation. Kion heeds the words of his parents and intelligently recognizes the signs of potential danger, this strong sense of responsibility is in part why Kion has such a sturdy head on his shoulders and is far less likely to jump into dangerous situations than his best friend, Bunga.

Although he is mature in aspects of obedience and rule-following, Kion is still young and doesn't recognize more adult concepts; such as romance. Kion is strong-willed and able to trust his instincts, which is in part due to the gentle guidance of his grandfather and his parents, even when his ideas are challenged, Kion is faithful in his beliefs and brave enough to take a stand for what he feels is right, he takes his position as the leader of the Lion Guard very seriously and is a firm believer in the Circle of Life.

Kion initially held prejudice against the inhabitants of the Outlands. However, after his first encounter with Jasirihe realized that not all Outlanders are bad. He is trusting enough to give strangers a chance even if they cause trouble, but never to the point of being naive, as he just likes keeping an open mind.

Although Kion is capable of acknowledging his mistakes and learning from them as well, as well as the fact that he is not above apologizing or admitting when he is wrong, he can be prideful when pitted against his older sister, Kiara, when he attempted to move the bees to another location, which ended in a disaster, while he admitted this mistake to his friends, he refused to admit it to Kiara, due to the fact that he did not want to give her the satisfaction of knowing that she was right, he also has a temper when it comes to his family and friends lives being in danger.

Kion is well aware he needs to learn to control his temper, but still struggles with it daily, as seen by his constant need to repeat "not in anger" to himself. Kion's discipline and sticking by his principles stem from his fear of turning out like his great-uncle Scartime and again, he has expressed his insecurities on this matter and has made misguided choices because he feared he was becoming like Scar, such as when he considered never using the Roar of the Elders again after using it out of rage and putting his mother in danger.

At one time, Zira convinced Kion that using the roar against lions would make him lose the power until Bunga reminded him of the real reason Scar lost the roar.

In Season 3, as a teenager, after Ushari poisoned Kion with his venom, causing him to lose control of his roar and his temper. As the result, Kion occasionally thinks recklessly and behaves aggressively at his friends that can only be soothed with Tuliza blossoms. On multiple occasions, Kion was unable to trust himself and was forced to give Fuli the authority. Continuously losing control of his roar gradually caused Kion to lose confidence in leading the Guard to the point he thinks he's nothing without it until his friends helps him realize that the scar and the roar doesn't make him who he is, and he is already a great leader even without the roar.

Kion later begins to develop a secret desire to stay at the Tree of Life, not just because of his romantic feelings for Rani, but also because he believes he could choose who he could be and that it was something he truly wanted. A major factor in this desire was Queen Janna asking him to stay before she died.Kion was walking through the Pride Lands when he heard a growl. He searched for the source and saw Zira growling at Kiara.

It looked like Zira was going to attack Kiara by the river so he got down low and moved closer. He got a better view of what was going to happen, he was Zira's claws unsheathed and his sister was scared and he didn't see any signs of his family.

It was his job to protect the Circle of Life and he couldn't just let Zira attack his sister. He saw Zira's paw raised and he acted immediately by lunging and shoving Kiara out of the way, unfortunately, he didn't get out of the way in time and Zira's claws made contact with Kion's back left leg.

Kion winced as he landed on the ground. Kiara: It's Kion. He's facing off against Zira by the river. He-He got me out of the way in time before she struck but now his back left leg. Kion stood up to face Zira after he saw Kiara run off, possibly to get help. Kion growled at Zira. Zira lunged at Kion and unfortunately due to injury, his movements were slow. But he dodged barely in time.

Zira's claws made contact towards Kion's left eye. He closed it immediately but it stung. He stumbled toward the river and was now hanging on. Simba immediately went after Zira while Nala went towards Kion.

Kion's eyes were wide with fear as he started to lose his grip. Zira thought quickly and removed Kion's grip swiftly as he fell into the river though it wasn't a bad drop, the water was rushing and wasn't safe. Both knew they had lost Kion and Simba snarled at Zira. Zira left and the 2 royals went back to Pride Rock.
